I like poached or boiled egges. Soft yolk but if the white of the egg is not cooked I can't eat it.

Must be organic first

Then the best nutrition we can get from them is always when they are runny for me poached and if boiled then must be runny.

Hard boiled, scrambled - its just waste of their goodies
