I cannot stand the sound of someone else brushing their teeth.......makes my skin crawl and arse hole clench. I have to leave the room.

But I have no problem when brushing my own. People are weird 8)

Interesting, as approximately 1 inch around the belly button is meant to be an exogenous zone.

One which I seem to recall had positive effects before.

So is it just inside the belly button that freaks ye out or anywhere near it?

Anywhere near it makes me anxious. Inside it - Feels like someone cut a hole in my belly and is literally poking my insides. Makes me queezy even thinking about it
