So, the part of Belfast that I live in has been really hit hard by suicide the last few days/weeks. Anyone that needs a chat/coffee, I’m putting it out there that I’m always available. No strings.

Everyone please take care of your mental health and please remember, there is always help out there. Even a chat with a stranger can make a difference.
