I see a thread is going in the main lounge room abi forming a fab running group. Anyone in this Orr of the world interested in having one in here. It’s a great way to encourage sticking to a New Years fitness resolution!

I’m about to start c25k (I say start, it’ll be sometime in 2020 lol) and a bit of advice and encouragement would be great
