Dublin/ South East sometimes

Hey, this time of the year is for most a special time, but for others it's a very difficult time and amplifies negative feelings and thoughts. Please look after eachother and spare time for those who are feeling low or less fortunate. I'm more than to chat to anyone who needs it. Your not alone!

Totally agree

Some people feel even better to talk to a person outside of family or friends

So like everyone else has said

We’re here to listen and be there for people at this lonely time for whoever needs to let go of something that is bothering them and never be ALONE

I hope everyone would assure whoever needs a helping hand at this tome that it is confidential and not to be spread on the forum

I’d like to wish everyone and their family a very happy Christmas and new year
