Good Dublin Hotels for meets

Ok this is the dreaded key card only access to rooms question. Which hotels have open access to rooms so visitors can come straight up no bother? I know of two: Blooms in Temple Bar and the Clayton Hotel Upper Lesson Street used to be called the Burlington. Any more recomendations? Thanks
