I feel so bad

Dont know how to word this at all anyway was chatting with a girl for ages both here an another site.

So recently we decided to meet up everything was great sipping on a coffee so she popped an idea of some fun me thinking ohh now that was quick im never that lucky lol.

Then she said how about some ice skating I was like yeah that would be actually some craic which it was I loved it so did she an smiles all round till it came to a crash unfortunately she slipped an at that time we taught she broke her ankle ochh

Anyway I went to the hospital with her an sat with her till the xrays where done an stuff about 6hrs in A&E luckily it was just a very bad sprain.

Im not gonna say when it happened but since then she deleted her profile off here and off the other site I have her number an stuff but not sure if to text her or not.

I did send a message that night saying it was a great day an I really enjoyed my time with her and to not let what happened put her off as accidents can happen. I just feel so bad now I really do because she was lovely an extremely nervous girl. If your reading pop back on

Wasn't your fault so don't feel bad ,she proposed to go Ice Skating ..you went ..she fell...you went to the hospital and stayed with her...she deleted her profiles...you texted ..no reply...so tbh you did everything that you could to help her in the whole scenario so imho you shouldn't feel bad in anyway.

Message her. It was very decent of you to stay with her in A&E.

I don't know why you feel bad you done nothing wrong, she might rejoin when her ankle is healed. If you text and she didn't reply just leave her off it's not for everyone

Some good tips above lads ha I just feel that if I hadn't agreed to the skating it wouldn't have happened to her.. then again I didn't wanna be a prick in refusing I cant win

Not if youre socially akward or shy, its basically hours of hell then.

You'd be sitting there "I'll call mum or dad or brother/sister, but then think, I cant cause this person wont leave and I cant explain them to anyone I know, and I cant ask them to leave cause its nice they came with me, and omg im in hospital and they must think I am a weirdo and they are only staying now to be polite, I bet they think this is a disaster, I wish the world would just swallow me up, I dont even have anything to talk about anymore, oh shit hes looking at me, should I smile? this is so embarassing"

Then you get home and delete all your accounts cause youre not going through that hell again, then they message you like "cheer up, it wasnt that bad", and you curl up into your blanket and think "yeah, it was, or you wouldnt try comfort me" then fall into a black hole of depression.

Dont read me wrong, you did nothing wrong. For some people things like this happen and its the best date they ever had, but for others its basically hell. There is nothing you can do to change that for her.

All you can say is "I had a great time, I seen you left the site, but I hope we can meet again, a walk in the park if your leg is feeling better, or the cinema if its still sore"

Then leave it at that.

. personally I would text BUT I'd be saying " sorry that what happened to you on the Ice happened ,hope you're better very soon ,hope you didn't mind me staying in the hospital with you at that time ,l see you're gone from the sites , sorry to see that ,if you ever feel like you'd like meet up again sometime ,it'd be great.

If you've sent her a message and she hasn't replied just leave it at that. Any more could feel like you're pestering her. Just respect her decision to break off contact.
