Day time Socials for night shift workers

Working Nightshift in Dublin. Just wondering if there's any social meets during the day for shift workers? Is it a done thing ?

Doesnt seem to be much happening at daytime with regards socials or meet and greets everything is geared rowards evenings or weekends i myself am a shift worker so hard to get to events at times
