I think you men should start consider this that your penis and prostate need a regular exercise, plus good and healthy diet, regular activity, and voila! No issues

There are a few natural methods but as natural they need more time to see the effects: nettle root tea, combined other herbs from Aztecs medicine.

There are loads of herbal remedies, maca root is one. Just Google Prostate health and there's loads of advice. Manchurian ginseng, from health shops is cheap and good.

Drinking and Smoking Seriously affects the ability to get hard plus the level of testosterone & Nitric oxide needs to be maintained as the body slows down the production of the essential ingredients that get and maintain an erection once one gets to a certain age ,plus I think if one is using nitric oxide supplements they should not take Viagra as it affects the blood pressure.

Go to Lloyds online and you can get the birth control pill and blue tablets and other things above board.

Its cheaper than going to your GP

Essentially viagra etc cause vasodilation which means it helps blood vessels widen. Viagra was initially designed to widen coronary arteries in the heart to help people with a condition called angina ( small blockages in the blood vessels). A side effect of this turned out to be erections So it was further developed as a medication to assist with ED.

So go to your GP first, you’ll need to do a medical as it can cause a drop in your blood pressure (which can cause you to pass out) & heart failure (restricted blood flow to heart, brain, lungs) if you have any other heart issues you are unaware of.

Also if you do use viagra etc then don’t use sniffy stiffy pop as they can drop your blood pressure also and don’t use Cock rings as they can cause complications when used with ED meds.
