next to the middle of nowhere

After nearly exhausting all other possibilities

We as knowing family members thought we would ask here .

We are asking on behalf of a family member who isn't on this site and doesn't have to know we are on here .

This family member is currently in the transition from male to female for the last 2 years .

Just recently this family member has found out that the medication Spiro (Spironolactone) cannot be prescribed by the local medical centre anymore.

Now the question we would like to ask on this person's behalf is : would anyone know of any organization or help centre that could steer our family member in the right direction to be proscribed the right medication .

The local kerry LGBT community has been contacted sadly with no success.

TENI (transgender equality network Ireland) might also be able to help, while they don't directly deal with these kind of issues, they can probably point you in the right direction

Their website is teni.ie

"Spanish chemist will give u meds .."

It's not just about getting the meds ,they have to be given in precise amounts and monitored by a doctor otherwise side affects may happen .. but thanks for the reply
