Try a local pub.. but not TOO local Make sure its one that you and your wife arent known in. Best pick an evening when she's away, or minding the kids.. just to be sure.

Instead of assuming about their relationship maybe you should consider that he and his wife may have an arrangement that suits them both. Judgemental behaviour should be left off here.
