Not that kind but made you look

My Muscles are sore , second day and actually worse , doesnt normally last this long and hasn't ever gotten worse on the second day

I've tried all the usual tips

Any suggestions but poor sore me

DOMS is usually actually at its worst at about 48 hours so I wouldnt be stressing about it.

Continue on with the usual solutions, foam roll, hot showers, keep hydrated, fish oils etc.....

I really dont think I belong on this site as this was the DOMS I thought of first

48 hours just gone still sore Like super sore how sore is too sore !

It can last up to 72 hours, if its still as bad tomorrow maybe arrange a scan.

Whats caused it, was it a regular work out or was there additional intensity/weight/duration involved

Don't want to freak you out but I thought I had DOMS a few years ago and ended up in hospital on a drip for 3 days with rhabdomyolysis.

If your pee is a darker than usual or brown then go to the ER straight away.

It can fuck up your kidneys.

That sounds awful but thankfully my pee is normal

I’ve started using BCAA’s while training and after. Muscle soreness is definitely less. Agree with salt water too, had a swim this morning and it’s really helped me.

I get this a lot, more water and stretching. As soon as I have full range of motion I work that body part lightly again to get the blood pumping, works for me.
