Dublin

Was doing a good deed early this morning and was dropping some friends to the Airport. Arrived outside their place I was a few minutes early so switched off the engine and decided to wait a bit before texting that I was outside

Anyway while sitting there I happened to notice a couple in dressing gowns leaving a house, cross the street and enter a house on the other side of the street

My question were they coming from a party or going to a party and would you play that near home!! (Sure what else would you be doing at 6.30 in the morning)

Obviously I said nothing to my friends ??

It's a free country and we are all open minded within reason.

It wasn't a party - I was just borrowing a cup of sugar

Relatives going across to their famiky to celebrate a kid's birthday, or mind a child for

couple of hours probably. Or a million other options before landing on "they're swingers".

The real walk of shame is bringing all the teacups back downstairs from your bedroom

It's Dublin. Surely you know bedroom clothes are perfectly acceptable Nip Down The Shops or any time of day clothes in Dublin nowadays?

They'd just gone and slept in the wrong house, as it looked so like theirs and were getting out before the owners realised

city

Before the industrial revolution people would go for walks to their friends at night.

We did not have to get up at an exact fixed time, we would go to bed when it went dark, when we woke up we would get out of bed, go read a book, go visit a friend, return home, go to sleep again.

Saying that, i thought my neighbours invited a BBC over before.
