I seen a couple of weeks ago an Irish girl with a lot of followers on Instagram maybe 60k got some videos of herself leaked unfortunately and was sent round over what’s app. We would chat from time to time on Snapchat so I messaged her to make her aware of what was going round but she knew and took it like a boss and didn’t let it bother her, in fact she took the positive side out of it, if it was me I don’t know what I would do but to see this girl 18 take charge of the whole thing made me think.

What would you guys do if you had naughty stuff leaked?

Maybe not post video's at 18. Once they are out there, they can never be taken back. She has no idea of the negative impact they can have on her life as she get's older. Seem's to me young girl's are going to the extreme to gain more follower's.

Sad isn't it they feel the need to go to those measures to get those followers...they'll haunt her later in in life for sure

It's her life and her choice but imo could definately regret it as she get's older

Videos stay around for a long time...there's a chance her own kids or someone close to her would see it.

If her real name is associated with whatever video's she posted they can show up anytime someone search's her name in the future. Which can seriously affect her job prospect's.

It's a different world out there than the older among us came of age in.

So much pressure to be liked and popular that young adults today feel the need to do whatever it takes.

I used to have no sympathy for them when vids and pics get leaked. It was their own fault. But it's something I'll never understand and now I just feel sorry for them.

To answer the OPs question..

If a video was leaked of me, how I'd react depends on the act

That's quite a patronising point of view. She's an adult. I'm sure she's well able to make her own choices.

OP, she is an adult, then if she likes it, no one else's business. World is crazy enough, some people want to express themselves in different way and they like to be in the center of attention
