Surprised by face picture

Is there anyone else here like me that automatically pictures what a person looks like judged on seeing body pictures etc? Then if you do end up getting a face picture, you were completely wrong? If so would you name the profile for a bit of craic and see how this goes.

For me it is Tequila, stunning pictures and has some very nice tattoos. I got a face pic from one of the face pic friday threads and was pleasantly surprised. A Very cute looking girl with beautiful eyes. Alot different looking than i thought she might of lookee

Id suppose thats the joys of sending a face pic, the other person might think your fugly and as you say "nothing comes back and you're also blocked" or she might think your a bit of hot stuff and you will get one back. Its the same for the girls really. You win some, you lose some. Just move on and dont think much about it is my opinion

Oh l'd Absolutely fully agree with not losing sleep over anything here on fab ,good ,bad or indifferent ,l was just asking how would others feel if things went the other way regards eventually Getting to the sending face pics stage and it didn't pan out the way they hoped...was there any stage of them being here on fab that when they sent a photo and it wasn't the scenario they had hoped and how they handled it .

The following are not messages I got, but they contain the sentiment of messages I get.

"I could do better in a bar", "I am here for sex with men I find attractive not ones that look like you", "You're not my type at all, not even close".

Who cares though, I wouldnt even block someone for them thinking I am ugly. I wouldnt even send a rude reply back, just an "Okay, thanks".

I have also had women request my face photo, never send one in return, and block me. So many times I couldnt even guess how often it happens. But I will get blocked maybe 10-15 times today for saying I am pro life in another thread, so none of it really matters.

To be honest with you, Id say alot of the problem with why you get these messages back is more so to do with your attitude than your looks. Sounds harsh but I think it needs saying. Everytime after i read a comment from you on the forums i think to myself, he sounds like an a**hole / mood killer. Maybe the girls here see this and think it too.

Quite the opposite. I am actually quite popular with women from the forum, and they generally think I am a really nice guy.

There are also quite a few women who I believe find me attractive face and body.

It happens me a lot because women see the body and they have a face in mind to match it. Then they message me and when I am not their type they have a "ah shit" moment and let me know I am not for them.

Some don't have matching body to face at all some is really not close what expected.

Surprised by the face pics, not at all, I am not!

I don't rely on body or face pics much, as a lot would not reflect how someone looks in real life.

Also, a lot of people are not photogenic at all and I was pleasantly surprised by how they looked like in reality.

Where I still get shocked, is the personality and attitude of some during the chats, on Fab or Kik.

I am still amazed how some are praised on their verifications or on the forum, just for their pics or for their presence at some party, when in reality their attitude in the one to one chats is absolutely appalling.

It's great when they exceed expectations but then I don't have many expectations so I won't end up disappointed.

Just great to have a face to face in the first place.

I get told I look younger all the time.
