"So obviously everyone is open to well thought out logical arguments. Are there topics that you find yourself flip flopping on a regular basis at times?" I'm entirely of the opinion (except of course when I'm not!) that it's perfectly possible to hold more than one view on a matter, even views that appear to contradict each other - is that "flip-flopping" or the ability to see things from multiple perspectives?

Can often stubbornly hold a particular opinion but a lot of the time, even when I am staunchly one sided, I can see the other point of view. In that scenario, I explain such, say why I think their opinion is incorrect, to my way of thinking but will listen to debate which could, occasionally, change my mind. If you don't give air to different opinions, you'll never understand how different people think, why they think that way and, eventually, who might actually be correct.

Or simply the prevailing thinking /morality of the time? Most things that people argue about are a matter of perspective rather than fact.
