In my line of work I see my fair share of penises and a very high percentage of the ones who's foreskin does not go back all the way, has smegma.

Some can pull the skin back all the way and give it a proper clean but the ones that cannot pull it back all the way, due to the pain of the skin stretching, will 100% of the time have smegma. Not because they're dirty but because it's impossible to clean what you cannot reach. Many people who get circumcised do so for hygiene reasons rather than because it looks good.

That's a different thing. Where there is a medical condition that means a foreskin CANT be fully retracted then it would be impossible to keep clean. I'm talking about the regular uncircumcised Joe, who has a normal fully retracting foreskin. These is no reason to think that he doesnt wash himself

Think bottom line of this whole thread is the fact that most women find them photos unnatractive not because of the actual aesthetics, but more so that it's impossible to tell weather a person in question is able or not properly clean themselves.

They give you until 6 and if it has caused you discomfort or infection they will consider the operation.

Any sooner than that is usually done for religious beliefs.
