Yeah some achievement and fair play to him, he's an unbelievable runner, won everything he can.

Obviously can't be a world record but his constant pace and times are crazy. Never dropped below 2:52 for a km I think?

Yep he ran on average 17 seconds for every 100 metres which is nuts x

Ratoath

Serious bit of running, I would have paced him for the first few minutes at best lol.

Now it was controlled run, V formation Pacers in front of him all the time keeping him out of any potential breeze that may tire or slow him down.

It will be difficult to achieve this in a race I think with the mini battles that goes on, the runners helped too,

Now all said it was a serious bit of running for a Saturday morning and like the 4 minute mile probably will be the norm soon, I'm also glad it was him to break it as he comes across as a nice down to earth guy

Ran excellently, but had a team behind him of pacers, and N*ke etc. IAAF wont recognise the record due to pace assisted and technology involved.

Hard to know if its technology or chemicals/doping that had major affect, but for now im putting it into the technology aided.

Will anyone break the 2hour mark in the near future in a race unaided, is hard to know.

I'm tired even reading this. It's takes that time to drive that distance in Dublin.
