One thing we can all agree on is that Cork is the best County in the Countr.

From Roy Keane to Micheal Collins to the feens and shams in knocknaheeny.

Eddie Hobbs.

Graham Norton.

The list is endless.

What makes your County the 2nd best in ireland and why?

Ah sure Donegal has to be number 1?!

Always voted sexiest accent

Highest sea cliffs in Europe

Some of the best bars/restaurants/hotels in the country

Enya (if that's your thing, I'm kinda fond of her)

Okay we also gave you Daniel O'Donnell but he's very beloved by a lot of people!

Roy Keane is definitely not a reason for Cork to be best County but it is up there.

I'm hard pushed to think of a favourite but Kerry, Cork, Galway, Clare, Donegal and Sligo are among my favourites

Roy Keane not a reason ? He's one of three joint most decorated Irish soccer player. To make it even better another of the three is also cork man Denis Irwin.

I agree Cork, great city, and I love it around Bantry and speaking of Graham Norton, great little tin shack of a pub near his house on the sheep’s head peninsula that sells the best Guinness I’ve ever had

Ah here. Sure it's gotta be wikla. Guinness lakes, Laura Whitmore (bless her heart and all her other bit) Katie Taylor and Hozier. James Joyce himself even moved to Wicklow.

It's been said that if you go to any of the West Wicklow lakes of a mid summers eve you are sure to see rather eye catching ladies baring all in the false hope of getting a tan. Oh, and i think bosco was from Wicklow before he ended up in rehab

Clare has to be in the mix. The Burren. The cliffs of Moher.class beaches. Micheal Cusack, the founder of the GAA is a Clare man. And father Ted was made here

Two solid proofs of the fact that Leitrim is the county you seek.

To be fair now, if that's the geographical county currently known as South County Dublin then there aren't too many of those accents in it

I wouldn't brag about Eddie Knob being from my county ,and Graham Norton was originally from Dublin.

But Cork is a beautiful county regardless Who's from there.

"South County Dublin. Yeah, no, loike for totes obvs reasons, roysh. "

South County Dublin is an actual county and its out Tallaght way.

D4 is in Dublin City, its technically not in any county. But the accent you're talking about is County Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown, which includes FoxRock and the other areas that talk like that. It's the Dort accent.

Collins deserved to be ambushed. He triggered a civil war, he set up a murder squad to kill innocent Irish people. If he was churchill we wouldnt give him a break.

Interesting historical interpretation btw...
