Hi all

I'm looking for recommendations for a lube that's good for anal and vagine play.

I find the normal ones you can get in supermarkets and get sticky after a while.

It's for my toys and butt plugs so there's no need for it to be condom friendly either.

gun oil is a good one expensive but lasts for ages

If your toys are silicone don’t use a silicone based lube as it’ll damage them.

Apparently coconut oil is suppose to be the best lube you can use. Haven't used it myself. But I do like the love honey ones water based ones.

Don’t use babyoil as it can destroy latex aka condoms coconut oil is good and skyns range.

If using for anal durex one with aloe Vera is really good

As said above, do not use any oil based lube (including and especially coconut oil) with condoms as oil can break down latex.

If you want one lube for both vagina and anal play, I'd go for the Sliquid Sassy, which is a thick water based lube - personally I wouldn't use silicon lubes in the vagina because silicon works against your natural lubrication (I find) and can get sticky.

For anal only, Sliquid Silk is great - it's a mix of silicon and water based. But like others have said, you can't use a silicon lube with silicon toys.

In general, supermarket or pharmacy lubes aren't great - most have parabens and glycerin which are not great for your vagina and contribute to that stickiness. Sex shops have a much better range and much more knowledge, or online stores like Sex Siopa or LoveHoney have all the details listed.
