"I’m going with Pilates! What does everyone think?"

If it's just for the physical benefit - pilates.

If it's for mental & physical wellbeing - yoga.

My ex was a/is a yoga devotee and the positivity it created for her was hugely evident.

I do both though if I was told I could only do one I would personally opt for Pilates as it is a great all rounder, fantastic for the core and increases flexibility. It’s also a question of which you enjoy more and what you want to get out of it

Yoga but there are lots of different kinds. If you want fitness and strength go for Rocket yoga or hot yoga, if you need relaxation and flexibility go for Hatha yoga. Personally I think a Fab yoga class would be interesting!

Yes hot yoga " Bikram Yoga " ..yoga in a 40° heated room ... Unbelievable...for me it was like standing under a shower for nearly two hours ..the sweat just flowed off me...at the end of it each night l was just totally drained but l loved it ..

I've done a season of Bikram yoga, and I loved it. I'm trying to find a Pilates class near me for the winter. There are nude yoga classes in Dublin, somewhere. I've heard good reviews.

I finished up with a yoga class recently, found it very good, surprised how tiring it was.
