My main reason for asking, and I don't think I've seen it asked before, is because given the option, I would filter men and women differently. My mail filters would be far more open with women than they are with men. Mainly due to the forums.

Now you're getting more specific and give us some context rather than just throwing out questions like a tennis ball machine.

In this case my answer is: I couldn't be bothered what way women and couples are filtered, my interest is in men only.

I'm not super strict about it, but I really prefer men in their 40s. I dunno if it's just my experience, but I feel like that's when they hit their stride and that's just the age I'm naturally attracted to. I've gone much older and much younger though.

I would filter them separately too age wise..as I can't i tend to keep my age filter off..not always my wisest decision but yes wish they were separate x

I don't care what age women are that message me - but they never do.

I personally don't have a need for separate age filters cos I'm only into guys and I'm not bothered that women can't message me... But if I was bi my age preferences for men vs women would be almost polar opposites!!

Yes I do check age preferences but don't put much stock in them, unless it's a 40+ dude who has a max age preference of 25 or something, that's a red flag for me.
