"Ya I kept hitting walls and just stopping altogether, stuffing my face etc..... I have stopped pushing so hard now and try to relax and enjoy my sessions instead of trying to beat pbs all the time. I do 3 or max 4 sessions a week now instead of 6 and they are 30/40min sessions instead or 1 or 2 hours.. Starting to see results from not burning out now... " Would never have time to train 6 days a week. Will b glad to get 3 sessions a week | |||

"start from the beginning again... just get out of the house for a jog.. its amazing how good it is for your mental health and it will kick start you back going to the gym with confidence I love running but don't go to the gym my work is physical enough for me" Like that idea | |||
