If in Coleraine well take a trip to see the giants causway . If your into caves you have to go and see marble arch caves .

It's definitely worth hiring a car, loads of things to see and do but not so easy to get around by public transport

If you like History and castles then there's Dunluce Castle which is pretty good, there may be some others around but only one I know of/been to.

If you like Whiskey there's Bushmill Village where, you guessed it, Jameson is made....haha, no there's the Distillery and there's nice food at Bushmills Inn and if it's a cold time of the year (which is pretty much Gauranteed here ) they'll have a lovely roaring turf fire going

Sounds good we will check it out. Scooby is into the whisky especially Irish I'm more of a guiness fan.

Roaring fire sounds great.

Plenty of lovely little country pubs where the locals are friendly the craic is mighty the food is good and the reception is warm and cosy
