Was that not more of a fashion thrend in the late 90's early 00's dont think you would see it as much these days...

Or I have stopped looking.. oh dear god am I not looking at peoples assess enough anymore.....

I was just a toddler then ??

It still happens of you are wearing trousers with low waistlone or loose jeans. Back then ot was a deliberate "fashion statement"
