I'd have to agree... There are times when caring for an ill family member that the last thing I feel is sexy or like having sex.

On an even on a shorter time-scale... A hangover makes me feel really ill, lethargic and disgusting, but inversely seems to make men feel like irresistible sweaty stale beer-scented adonises

I have gone weeks at a time without much of a sexual thought at all depending in whats going on in my life.

And then there are times I wouldnt go a day without some self attention.

I dont know the longest I have gone without anything I keep forgetting fill in my wank diary but Id guess a month or so....
