Honestly... As a woman, I haven't noticed any difference in how a cock piercing 'feels'. Condoms will cover the piercings anyway and reduce the sensation, so unless the studs are huge, they probably won't have much if any impact. For oral they just mean trying not to chip your teeth. I have a friend with a jacob's ladder that extends round the scrotum... The sound effects make me giggle (sounds like a change purse slapping off arses), but sensation-wise it's no different. Had my PA done. Slight pain for less than a second. Took about 4 weeks to heal.

The ladies have said that with the smaller gauges they tend not to feel it but since going to larger gauges I've been told it certainly hits the spot

As for condoms, never had an issue even with larger rings in.
