I haven’t tried pilates but do hot yoga regularly which I find helps the old joints as well as stress relief

Yoga too. Never thought I'd enjoy it. Always thought it was easy. Never saw a benefit.

I found yoga great for my core. But obviously it might not work for everyone we are different after all.

Love the de stressing aspect of yoga and the great feeling that you get at the end of class.

Haven't tried pilates but for some reason been curious about.

Joined a gym in Coleraine and they have a pilates/yoga combined class which I am going to try.
