I can see that. If you cook in what youre wearing with oil and a non stick pan it will be be a trip to the small burns unit for you

"Use oil on a non stick frying pan?"

If you are frying sticks or indeed leaves you will need to use oil, however if it's a non stick frying pan, no oil is required!

Ba dum ching!

Tea spoon of oil in a hot pan. Use a folded sheet of kitchen paper, and spread it around the entire pan. This help maintain the non stick coating.

Bloody cooking oil. No manners or social niceties. Using bad language is one thing, but spitting is just completely unacceptable.

Ah come on now. The feckin sausages will be burnt to an ass if you start playing around with them on a dry pan. Live a little: splash the lubricant from the start

Well... its Irish made, all meat, tightens up in the heat, around 6” as it lies in the pan, needs to be turned and manipulated as the heat increases and if it gets too hot it can spit too...

All depends on what you're cooking.

You can cook a steak without any oil but you cannot sweat onions without some, or a little water.

Maybe some context in what you're trying to achieve Bash would help

As I was home alone I thought I’d put together a very involved meal of fried eggs and potatoes, anyhoo said eggs just tasted of frying pan!

I should have had the good sense to stick to Joe’s sausage, it sounds both filling and delicious
