Best spa i found to date from a male perspective, was in roscommon, great full body massage. Most places average from male perspective

Full body massage if you can find a place doing lava shell massage similar to hot stone massage but a way nicer treatment. A good masseuse should have you asleep by time she/he has your back and back of your legs done.

they do full body massage in Donegal for 18 euros , book hotel after that with the money saved
