The Killeshin Hotel in Portlaoise has a pool not sure do they have a gym though

If you really like the gym, pop up to the Gym Monasterevin. They facilitate pay as you go. You can Google them for more info and directions. Enjoy

They have a lot of competitive weightlifters so it's top class gym. Its a huge gym with plenty of equipment. Not sure about the pay as you go rate but I pay €59 a month.
