Stuck. Little help???

Don't know if anyone here has ever done this before but as a reminder to myself I've just sent myself a message here, and it worked. The only thing now is that it keeps showing as an unread message and it's doing my c.o.d little mind in. Any help on how to get rid of this not unread message...?

The only way is to do a bulk delete (so far as I'm aware).

I just sorted it in the saddest way possible. ........

......now not only do I look at my sent mail here and see my mail unopened and deleted from all others of interest, now it's even unopened and deleted from myself
