im off them 3 weeks now has any one any tips how 2 stay off them or any 1 off them a fue weeks love 2 know how ur geting on

I got hypnotised 7 months ago and have been off them since. My body was reacting obviously to the lack of nicotine for a week. After that it got much better. So I think you're over the worst part.

I still struggle sometimes, especially today I've had a few times when I had cravings.

I think it's good to avoid certain situations when you smoked the most. Keep busy and do whatever to avoid lighting that one ciggie.

I can only recommend hypnosis! I know someone else on here who did it too 9 months ago and he's still off them.

I used champtax. Was smoking for 5-6 years . Was round 20 a day.

It really helps, was off them in two weeks. And I am off now since end of July. Obviously have occasional craving, but no big deal. Never going back to smoking ... :D

Searched that, couldn't find anything, do you mean Champix?

Just looked it up and found it funny that Champix(Varenicline) is made by Pfizer - the same boys who make Viagra lol - rather fitting We think

i gave up smoking 4 years ago,i think you have to be really determined,it took me 20 years to give them up.it was good to taste things again lol.tried hynosis,patches,accupuncture,everything.in the end i had a date in my head for 3 months before,and stuck to it.i saw too many deaths through cigs to stop me in the end.if you get an urge,just say no and think or do something else good luck mate
