Just looked up the article as the link didn't work. Ah yes that couple. Her family were concerned for her mental health. He was an extreme Sadist. I have never met a woman into extreme stuff that was not a victim of previous abuse.

That's how it all normally begins. They are with a guy who slaps them about but then tells them that they love them. So they tell themselves that he loves them and this is what love is. Once or twice he will go too far beating them hard.

Abusers normally give after care. When they calm down they hug them, tell them they love them, that they only got mad because they love them so much, blah fucking blah.

Friends warn them, and they tell friends "Oh you dont know him how I do", cause they believe the real person is the one that hugs them after the abuse, and not the one that abuses them.

Eventually they brake up and they meet a normal guy, and they struggle with it as they have told themselves for years that being smacked about is love.

The amount of messages I get from these girls asking me to come over and smack them about and fuck them as hard as I can is insane. I never do, because its just sad really.

Yup. But it's amazing how many people claim they like kink since 50 shades. This is both male and female. I've have talked to people who didn't even know safe words were a thing. People like the idea of kink without ever trying it. So many things can go wrong if their isn't trust and limits known and discussed. Trust and respect on both sides. So many so called Dom's. Haven't a clue. being dominant is not about how hard you can spank. Submission is given not taken. Respect is earned not demanded. Both of these things take time to build and discover. So many irresponsible people taking chances.

not just trust and limits or people who don't have a clue. i've seen too many "educated" kinksters do things that are well and above acceptable i.e. imapact play in the kidney areas, the back of knees and other no go areas as well as using normal candles for wax play. just utter moronic stuff that anyone with half a bit kink knowledge knows isn't right. it's the kind of thing that should be called out but isn't due to their "status" on the scene
