I know from a few female friends who have used them that they are problematic at best. Due to the the shape and also the mild vacuum caused by the use as well as the natural luberication of the vagina, they tend to slip out. Which makes for an uncomfortable ride.

So got nothing to do with the size of ones vagina. Ideally for it to work properly one or both sides would have to be adjustable(inflatable) to account for the change in shape of the vagina during sex due to arousel. Just like with a real cock it's not a one size fits all
