"Because our councils live in the dark ages, it took 15 years for Ann Summers to finally get permission to open. Even sex shops wont get permission, thankfully the ones in smithfield are all tied to long leases. There was talk of a pole dancing bar opening in botanic five years ago but that application was shut down too. DUP have the majority here and they wont allow anything against their principles. About 5 years back Ulster rugby were close to forfeiting a european game when it was rescheduled to be played on a sunday for tv. It went ahead in tje emd but there were ALOT of unhappy people, includong players and supporters playing on sunday. We just live in the dark ages, i mean whqts the reason nehing shops not opening intil 1pm on sundays? " I agree with all of the above except the 1pm Sundays, I work weekends and would cry having to work earlier on a Sunday, starting at 1pm with a hangover is bad enough and it's the only day of the week I get to have a lay in

"We opened a club and hold social meet and greets in Belfast 4 times a year ... we also host regular play parties in Derry/Londonderry every 6-8 weeks. We’re listed in the UK clubs section as the only Northern Ireland venue. We welcome everyone ... leave ur flag at the door. Our website details are available on the clubs page with a helpful list of rules for both play and social events as well as dates of up coming events. PM us with any questions. " visiting Belfast for a couple weeks soon for work .... looking to see NI (gardens, coast, country pubs) ... would agree that you leave your flag at the door ... respect is the key
