If its not your wanking grip it might be technique, you might be sticking your elbows out when you wank, they should be kept close to your body, and if standing keep your heels on the ground, and dont crouch over.

U rate medical advice on a swingers site above google

It coukd be tennis elbow best get to a good phyiso they are trained to deal with this kind of thing or maybe ask the butcher if he has any advise

Hand a similar issue recently in my wrist, turned out to be tendon and nerve damage more than likely from severe self abuse...Well it would have been if it was another hand .

Dropped about 400 and supports and a very well qualified physio milking me for deep tissue massages every week until I finally bit the bullet and went to the sports surgery clinic in santry. One specialist cost, one MRI, one targeted injection. 4 weeks later it's completely back to normal after wearing a brace for almost 5 months.

One thing caught me off guard, the consultant told me the physio was doing more harm than good by massaging it as it was rupturing an area that was trying to heal. His words, that is not rehab, that is your physio treating you like a cash cow. Anyway, good luck OP and don't be at yourself

Would have to know exactly where you're feeling it...

but guessing that your triceps are probably tight and you could have "golfers elbow".

One giveaway is If you plant your elbow on the table and it's sore ...

If so, massage your elbows with your thumb and index finger every so often for a few minutes while you're watching tv...

Also a basic tricep stretch could help

Hmmm wrong technique, maybe when your working out in the gym causes the issue or tennis elbow as suggest above .
