I'm looking for advice on how to explain/talk about being on here.

We have been together almost 10 years, our sex is very infrequent and not like it used to be. We have small children, and we both know each others sexualuality mostly, when we first got together she was open to me seeing other people, we even tried with her seeing other women, but now there's a distance between us. Any advice would be great, thanks.

Not had any kind of dynamic like that personally so not going to claim any great insight.

But honesty and openess usually garner the best results in any situation best of luck with it op

All relationships have their tests. Time changes people and from my experience and that also of my partners experience in our previous relationships, children can certainly take a toll on a relationship if you are not careful to protect it. I'm no expert on advice but I think your primary relationship needs to be strong before you think about involving others in it.

Just my opinion.

Sit down together and watch a couple of episodes of playboy TV swing. If she like it your on to a good conversation. If she doesn't like it or won't watch soft porn or thinks it's disgusting then this life is probably not for her.

It was after watching a few episodes we made our first move and never looked back.

More or less same advice as above in that he needs to sit down and simply talk openly with his partner and also that a swing site is not always the best option...
