Hi all felt its time i get back into better so i have signed up for the Joe wicks 90 day plan.

if anyone has done it before how did they find it if anyone is doing it now feel free to get in touch or anyone interested in the results will load some progress photos as i go

Ive never actually done his plan but for a bit of my diet I use many of his recipes !! So handy and very calorie efficient

Like most plans though if you consistently stick with it, especially for 90 days, im sure youll see great results !! Best of luck on the transformation

The only way to lose weight is a calorie deficit and from what I know he doesn’t have calories in the plan (I may be wrong) so just be conscious of them, best of luck
