It is a bit of an assumption.

Some are parents who (quite rightly) won't bring strangers into their family home. Others house share. Some simply prefer to keep their home private and separate from their Fab activities having had bad experiences in the past... There are a multitude of reasons for not accommodating.

Although I think a fair few of my meets had cannot accommodate on their profiles but when it came down to it; they did.
