It's hard to get dynamic right in groups that's for sure. Than u have the guys who join don't participate in group, leave and than bombard the women with PM's,

That isnt strictly true, we run a well behaved kik chat, a good mix of males, females and couples, nobody gets a second chance, any unsolicited PMs (that we hear about) and you're out

Then maybe the women should respond and join quicker. If they don't they it's hard and takes very long to get a good balance, by which time those in it get disheartened. Maybe it's not the single guys or organisers fault.

Have joined Kik groups before and next thing you are bombarded with messages from the guys who join and leave the group so a lot of women are hesitant to join Kik groups for this reason.
