With the high temperatures they say were to get - don’t forget to apply some cream to all those white bits.

Of all the years going on holidays the worst place I ever got burnt was the tops of my feet. Oooouuuucccchhhhhhhh

Not point going from white to lobster red and having to suffer the consequences.

Seriously though. Apparently UV index very high so just not worth the risk of staying out long. Moderation is the key
