If she's suffering from a sore neck she is unlikely to get relaxed enough to fully enjoy a tantric massage. Tantra won't knead out stiff inflamed muscles to any degree like that of a massage given by a physio or a masseuse who specialises in repetitive stress problems.

I'd strongly advise leave Tantra on the to do list until she's sorted this issue.
