There is a guy on the UK forum, inviting fabbers to join him for a social lunch, drinks, next week.... In Paris. I've always wanted to do that. What kind of response would I get? Who would turn up?

I think some girl was looking for you on the main feed, mermaid or something. On that basis I'd say you'd get good feedback.

There's one in montmarte called le Relais Gascon, is used to be a local of mine when I lived there, an absolute gem.

Been to Montmarte 3 times - every time I’ve been to Paris - my fave part of the city to stay and socialise in as a base to see the sights
