Hey everybody,I was just wondering if we had to bring back one person from history who inspires, idolise or motivates you,who would it be and why?for me I think Nikola Tesla for his dedication to researching and creating a free energy alternative for the masses, and Giordano Bruno the first man to suggest we weren't the be all and end all to the church and got burned alive for his progressive thinking...fictional characters also welcome just please put down what they're from

Whilst I might not have an issue with the rest, I certainly wouldn't want Maggie Thatcher back for anything thanks.

Mine are Bon Scott, Lemmy, robin Williams and I wish I could bring Billy Connolly back to about 35yrs of age and see how he'd disrupt the current state of affairs

I'd say an upbringing in a mainly Christian based society probably has something to do with it for them individuals...but I agree some hardly act saint like enough to be using those terms....either that or you have to stop wearing the Jesus costume to playmates

He did cave in, and he went and sold britain to the US with cap in hand, and let them take over the entire campaign.

Didn't UK only end up finishing payments to the US the other year? and they will remain a five eyes country forever.

If you are a true believer that he was a great man, then you have to stand up and say that the UK always pays its debts and agree to give the EU the 50 billion its owed, and agree to the backstop and a mid sea border between the UK and Northern Ireland to honour the UK's previous agreements like churchill demanded the UK do.
