Portadown

Only one of the people has signed a contract to remain faithful to a third party so strictly speaking only one person is in breech of contract or committing adultery. However, from a traditional morality stance the unmarried person is certainly facilitating the breech if they are aware of the contract and so could certainly be considered to be an accomplice.

Interesting question. In the words of Father Ted. Would this be an ecumenical matter? Or even a theological matter, or a moral question. Is adultery a civil offence? Or a religious based concept? Either way, I won't judge, but I'd be envious of him, as I'd want a bit of the action, too. Share the love, if you know what I mean. If this couple you're talking about are in Saudi Arabia, tell them to come to Ireland quickly as we're a lot more tolerant here, and she won't get stoned to death.

On a site such as fab it shouldn't matter who's married single divorced windowed/widow. There's is alot of judging and labelling of late on the site. If someone is on here "cheating" or not or is single N playing with someone married on here without their partners consent, why would it matter to anyone only the involved parties

It's not a judging or labelling question in any shape mean or form ..it's just a topic question for anyone here that wants to discuss... that's all.. nothing more .. nothing less..like there are those on this site that don't care one bit regards who's married or not..then there are those that don't or won't meet married/attached people...and l do think that it does matter to more than the parties involved because the collateral damage from the potential fallout of such is totally devastating especially if kids involved....but as l said it's not a judgemental question...it's just a question to get opinions on and thank you for a very good point on it too,l can fully understand your point of view.

"Who cares"

Probably the partner sitting at home not knowing they are being cheated on.

How can they care if they don’t know?

They always get found out sooner or later. It's soul destroying.

People still struggling with morals in 2019? Catholic Ireland is dead and gone...move on.

Well in the end if the day they know what they are doing they are not children I don't judge what situation they are in just as long as the personal stuff stays at home and I think most here would agree with that like it's not our problem yeah we are facilitating the act but no one forces anyone to do anything we'll at least I hope that is the case

That's the problem. Both know. It's wrong and there isnt an excuse valid enough to excuse potentially breaking up a family.

But if no one is the wiser, it won't.

So be careful in your Fab exploits and all will be ok.

What's to say the other half isn't doing the exact same thing without the partners knowledge?

Swings and roundabouts as always.

Just be happy folks

But there are no guarantees that one wont be caught ? It's a risk for both parties.
