What's yours? Would you give a second chance to somebody? I would or do you follow the rule "you have annoyed me so you're out in my book".? Do you also think there is a method that some of us try judge people to hard through a screen, trying to nit pick everything with a fine toothcomb?

East Cork

hard to judge someone through a screen.

Someone might try too hard on screen and you could create a totally different picture of them in your head, compared to when you meet them in person

Very rarely given anyone a second chance in life or on fab. 7 times on fab to be exact. Out of them 7 times - 6 dissapointed me second time.

Filters are tighter than ever now no matter if it's a girl, a guy or a couple, no matter how good looking or close they are -

Personality and mutual respect always comes first. If we click from a get go - amazing. If we don't - no love loss, no sex either.

"hard to judge someone through a screen."
that would be partly my thinking also but then again you ain't gonna meet everyone face to face. I also think face to face you see body expressions and convo flows more easily that's why again imo, non stop chatting with somebody on here before meeyong, things can become stale. It's strange on Fab. You might go to mail someone and realise you're blocked and you're then thinking "Jesus I didn't do anuthing, how am I blocked". Goes to show most are watching everything and alot bothers.

"No second chances ever

Am in the Oscar Wilde frame of mind in this one ..."If one makes a fool of you once ..shame on them...if they make a fool of you twice .. shame on you "....I would give everyone a clean slate ..no problem..they have it ..but if they do anything to tarnish it..bye bye ...they won't get a second chance...cause of the simple reason ..l won't give them another chance to do the exact same to me again ..not a hope ..

What would you class as minimal?

If it's a minor thing and we like them otherwise then yes of course..But if they stand us up for a meet or something like that...we get a contract out on them..So kind of depends on the situation.

Depends what the crime has been to determine whether someone is worthy of a second chance. ( obviously ). I would frequently give people on life and in fab a second chance. You aren’t much of a human being if you have the attitude of no second chances ever. What sort of a perfect person are you if you deem that none of your fellow human beings ever deserve a second chance.? We aren’t talking murder or arranging a renewed holocaust. We are probably , in the majority of instances talking about some minor misdemeanour that miss perfect finds extremely distasteful resulting in a block, name calling and god knows what else. You might be perfect , but I’m human, and to be human is to err.

for eg, if a person didn't show for a meet and explained the situation after to me, would I give them another go? Yep.

Would I block somebody because of their opinion on a certain issue/topic? No. Everybody In life, even ones compatible won't agree on everything.

I don’t hold grudges in general but in my long experience if it goes well online it could go either way offline.... if it goes badly online it’ll go badly offline.

A lot of what you say is true..l do agree...but I'm talking about when someone delibertly sets out in their own mind to hurt you or make you look like a total idiot or treat you badly , verbally or physical..or leave you in a situation that you don't want to be in...and then come back all apologies and Everything..sorry ...not for me ...not a hope would l ever give anyone like that a second chance ..and as regards timewasters here...was strung along big time by a certain few ladies...all promised to meet ..drove to destinations..never showed..denied they said they'd meet...so they also made the cut in no second chance ..my time is too precious to be treated like that ..

In my 6 or 7 years on Fab I have been very lucky in my meets, one very long term....until last year! For some reason I didn't heed my gut feeling and ended up meeting 3 guys that I truly wish I hadn't bothered with.

One was a lying git, one just interested in wearing my stockings and third I give so many chances to and he still showed himself as an extremely weak man which is a turnoff!

So now there are no second chances. I will trust my gut feeling every time

Nope, no second chances from me.

I do like to give anyone a good first chance though.

I don't judge anyone too harsh the first time around, based on age, shape, profile pics or chat.

I do pay attention to details in their pics, so messy/dirty room, dirty bathroom are always red flags.

Face to face meets or straight play meets are the best to judge if someone is for me or not.
