Love coleslaw but cant stand the shop bought tack,they add so much to it that it actually doesnt taste like its meant to,same with mayo its just so much easier to make your own

Me too. Various recipes but a basic one would be finely shredded cabbage, carrot , small amount of onion, home made mayo 7/8 sunflower oil 1/8 olive oil , s&p, 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard

No coleslaw and chips is amazing, sure look at the Belgians and they're love of mayonnaise or Germans and their love of currywurst, it might sound wrong but it is loved by many
