In my head it matters more when a person stays with you because they actually want and choose to be with you, not because there's a piece of paper, a couple of rings and a whole lot of legalities they have to go through to just leave if they're unhappy. Mister was married before, isn't a fan of marriage either. Maybe it's just in my head, but I feel secure within myself and don't feel the need to tie someone down just to make sure they stay with me. I never wanted to get married as see it being completely pointless.
