Anybody else watch this discussion between Prince William, Danny Rose, Gareth Southgate, Thierry Henry, Jermaine Jenas and some football fans that also open up.

Very open discussions that open the door a very important subject. As someone that's had my own fair share of mental health issues it's important to be supportive of those who need it. It's a sign of strength to admit when we are struggling. Well worth a watch folks.

Very informative programme. Just shows how far the Royal family has come in the last 30 years for being involved so personally with such issues.
